We understand that plans can change, so we offer the option to return or exchange your merchandise within 15 days of your order. All items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and unaltered. Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your items.
Please note that items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping charges for returns
A 10% Restocking Fee for All Refund Returns
If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the item received is defective), we will cover all shipping costs and provide a USPS prepaid shipping label via email for orders within the United States.
If the return is not due to an error on our part (e.g., you changed your mind), the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
For international orders, if the return is due to our mistake (e.g., incorrect merchandise was sent), we will cover all shipping costs for Standard Mail by issuing you store credit. Please use Standard Mail for such returns.
Currently, we are unable to provide prepaid shipping labels for orders outside of the USA.
How can I start a return?
Please navigate to our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code. Follow the instructions on the screen to request a prepaid return label.
Late Returns
Customers have 30 days to send back purchases made at Geek Cove Apparel once the return is approved. Returns postmarked after 30 days of the return's approval will be refused and sent back at the customer's expense.
How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow us 3 to 5 business days, once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a follow-up email containing your refund or store credit information
How do I return an item I received as a gift?
We will gladly accept the return if you provide us with the Order Information, the full name and shipping info of the person that gifted you our products. This is crucial for us so that we can process the return and refund accordingly.
