Returns & Exchanges
At GeekCove Apparel, we want you to love what you wear. If your order is not quite right, eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 15 calendar days of delivery. A $2 prepaid return-label fee will be deducted from your refund. Standard size or color exchanges are free.
What Is Your Return Policy?
You may request a return within 15 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.
To qualify for a return, merchandise must be:
- Unworn and unused
- Unwashed
- Free from stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- Returned in its original condition
- Packaged with any original tags or packaging, when applicable
Items returned without prior authorization or outside the 15-day return period may not be accepted.
How Do I Start a Return?

Please include:
- Your full name.
- Order number.
- Item you would like to return.
- Reason for the return.
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
Return-Label Fee
A $2 return-label fee will be deducted from your final refund when you use the prepaid label provided by GeekCove Apparel.
The return-label fee does not apply when:
- You received the wrong item.
- Your item arrived damaged.
- Your item has a confirmed printing or manufacturing defect
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the return resulted from an error by GeekCove Apparel.
How Do Exchanges Work?
Eligible items may be exchanged for another available size or color within 15 calendar days of delivery.
Standard size and color exchanges are free. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may issue a refund or store credit instead.
We currently offer exchanges only for the same product design. To select a different design or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the problem.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost. You will not be charged the $2 return-label fee for confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once your return arrives, please allow approximately 5–7 business days for it to be inspected and processed.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the eligible merchandise value, minus the $2 return-label fee and any nonrefundable original shipping charges.
After the refund is issued, your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
Can I Return a Gift?
Eligible gifts may be returned within 15 calendar days of delivery. Because refunds can only be sent to the original payment method, gift recipients may receive store credit for the eligible merchandise value. Proof of purchase or the original order number may be required.
